  • Is Taipyshop safe ?

Yes it is ! Taipyshop website is secure with a SSL certificate and all payments are made through Paypal which is extremely secure. They propose guarantee and refund to our customers.

If you encounter any payment problems or if you have any questions, feel free to contact us, our team is very reactive and will be glad to answer any of your questions ! Our staff can answer you in Chinese, English or French. 

  •  Does Taipyshop ship worldwide ? From where does Taipyshop ship ?

Taipyshop ships to most countries in the world. If no shipping option is available for your country, you can contact us by e-mail or on social medias so we can find a solution. 

we want to make sure each of you can get the best price and the best service quality, so we are looking for the best and most affordable shipping solution. 

We are shipping from our office in Taiwan, Taipei.

  • Where does Taipyshop products come from ? are they authentic? 

Our goods are imported from our suppliers from South Korea, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan (mainly Asia).

We work with local brands and authorized suppliers which provide genuine and authentic products. We also double check all products packaging and authenticity before sending it to our customers.

  • What about the shipping fees, delivery time and duties?

Taipyshop offers International free shipping (see conditions). For US & Canada, orders below $70 will ship for a $8 flat rate.
For worlwide customers, orders below $110 will ship for a $11 flat rate.

Note that we are not responsible for any extra costs and you may pay extra for custom clearance, this cost depends on the taxable amount fixed by each country. 

  •  How long does it takes to prepare my order ?

We work from Monday to Friday, we process orders right after we receive it !

The time process varies and depends on the availability of the product ( make sure to check the availability on the product page), for some products it may take 2-3 days to be back in stock.

Depending on the day you placed your order and the products availability, it may take up to 7 days for us to process. 
We do our best to satisfy our customers and for you to get your order as fast as possible.

You will be informed on the order progress, if you have any question feel free to contact our customer service.  

  • Where is my Tracking number ? How to I track it ? 

We provide tracking number for all orders your can track it here. When your parcel arrives in your country, you can track it with your local post office website. 

  • What if I don't receive my order (Lost, Wrong address, Delivered to the wrong address...) ? :-( 

First, know that we are very sorry ... we really care for our customers satisfaction. There may be many reasons for delivery delay (external factors, holidays, weather...).

If your parcel is Lost, Stolen or for any reasons can not be delivered to your address we are not responsible for it. Please make sure to check your personal information, address and phone number so you can be contacted by the carrier.

In the case your package can't be delivered because of our mistake, we will issue a refund or send your order again. 

  • Can I cancel my order or return a product ? 

Yes! If your order has not been prepared yet, you can cancel it after you contact us. If your order is already "Processing" then it can't be cancelled.

We check all our products before shipping them and make sure they are well protected. However if you find a defective product in its original packaging and if it's not caused by transportation, then please contact us so we can find a solution.
